    Created statically hosted web application as supplementary material for Cancer Research Paper (see Publications section) using Bootstrap, jQuery and d3.js

    The responsive website enables intuitive filtering and visualization of the 4096 6mer RNA seed sequences of miRNA, and their respective toxicity to human and mouse cancer cell lines.

  • "What is Up?" (24 hour Game Jam)

    This game was created for the 2014 DigiPen 24 hour Zero Engine Game Jam. The Zero Engine is DigiPen's Proprietary Component-Based Engine.
    - Using Centripetal Catmull-Rom splines, I prototyped and coded game systems, with Design Concepts and Artwork contributed by Robert Lewis.
    - Our game ultimately won first place from a pool of 9 games that participated, and was graded by a panel of industry professionals and DigiPen Faculty.
